Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday - Thursday between 8 am and 5 pm EST. Orders should ship within 2 - 3 business days from the time it is processed. We DO NOT ship/process orders on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Due to new safety procedures at our fulfillment center and carrier delays due to high demand, we may experience delays in delivering your order.

Customers will be notified via email confirmation when their order has shipped and their credit cards will then be charged for their purchase. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder for your order/shipment confirmation emails.

Unfortunately, we cannot expedite shipments at this time.

All US domestic orders (lower 48 US states) purchased from shopaqha.com will ship via UPS Ground unless it is shipping to a PO Box. These orders will be shipped via USPS.

Orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii will be shipped via USPS and have a $40 flat rate shipping cost. 

Please note that all transactions from this website will appear on your banking statement as SP * AQHA RETAIL.

Orders shipping outside of the US will be shipped via USPS using the Post Office's live shipping rates.

Please Note: Orders shipping outside the United States may have additional duties and taxes for importing the items. Any additional duties or taxes are the customers responsibility to pay. Failure to pay may result in not receiving your shipment. Customers will not be refunded for their order if they do not pay any additional import duties or fees.
